Dear Soldier,
We are very thankful for sacrificing your life to keep us safe, I'm sure you miss your family. We like to play board games and card games, and Amelia likes to play the Monopoly board game with her family. If you get hurt, we hope you recover safely.
On the War Museum website, they had a war simulation, so we got to see what it is like to be a soldier.
Amelia wanted to say that she once went to someone's house and the adult was in World War II.
Anyway, we hope that you are safe right now, and hope that you can return to your family, and that you will not get any injuries. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Dear Member of the Canadian Armed Forces,
Thank you for the ending of the war and saving our family. All of you volunteers worked so hard in the war to save us and our country. Your service has helped us so much that we decided to wear poppies for the ending of the war (November 11 at 11:00).
