to all the brave soldiers fighting for our freedom thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. we appreciate every sacrifice you have made to keep us all safe. i came to this country in 1995 from Yugoslavia with my family of 8. that would have never happened if it wasn't for the troops that came to make sure we had safe passage and were able to leave Yugoslavia to come to Canada. there are not enough thank you in the world to express the gratitude i have for what you do for our country. From over here it is easy to " think " what you are all going through, what you have seen and experienced. I'm sure all of your lives have changed forever in terms of what you are doing over there and how you are helping and supporting where you each can. It is so to me to not take anything for granted. I want to thank you for what you are doing for others overseas and for what your support is allowing the communities you are in to do. I appreciate your efforts, even though am ignorant to even think what you are doing and how you are impacting communities and families each and every day. Canadian Armed Forces, Good evening. ?? I have returned from Cuba and had a very nice vacation. I'm pretty sure you all could use one! FYI/ I just thought I would recommend an older ?? movie to you all. You have probably seen it, but if you haven't, it is " Seven" starring Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman." If you ?? like a Thriller, this one is really good! I won't tell you about it but it is about seven deadly sins. Enjoy! It's just a ?? movie! Take care. It's great to be back home in ???? Canada! Good afternoon Canadian Forces Member! Just an update from the our house: It was a balmy 7C in Southern Ontario today. The birds are all kinds of confused. I think the dog who lives in the house behind ours is also confused. The owner couldn't catch her to bring her inside so it barked and barked. All. Night. Long. Dogs be crazy. Hubby's watching a late Leafs' game tonight. They're playing the Coyotes in an arena meant for skating carnivals and cactus festivals, so Gary Bettman is totally worth his weight in not gold. Maybe lead. We went out for dinner tonight because it was easier and likely cheaper than purchasing groceries. My server recommended the Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl because it "isn't too hot." Long story short, our server is a liar. After having tears stream down my right cheek on every chew, the truth comes out that her husband is from Trinidad and her version of "isn't too hot" is FAR different from mine. Fear not. I should survive this. Thank you for making a commitment to Canada that few of us will ever understand or repay. Wherever you are tonight, be well, be safe, and go change your socks. You are loved.
