Iroquois Falls Storm Jr A Hockey club - 2025-12-20
Thank you for your services. From all of us in the community of Iroquois Falls, ON and the Iroquois Falls Storm Jr A Hockey Club. To honour Canadian Forces Morale & Welfare Services - CFMWS (CFMWS), the STORM kicked off their home game on November 29th, 2025, wearing official game day Military Jerseys by acknowledging the dedicated service of the Canadian Military. Funds raised from the STORM 50/50 draw and Chuck-A-Puck event raised $745 along with an additional donation from the Iroquois Falls Storm Jr A Hockey Club, resulting in a total contribution of $1,000 to CFMWS Operation Santa Claus. This initiative brings holiday joy and comfort to thousands of CAF members every year. We extend our gratitude to those who serve and safeguard us each day!

We are not a military family but both of our fathers lived WW2, one as a young man in occupied France and the other as a 5 year veteran of the RCAF.
