I am Garryll and I scored a goal at my last hockey game, and I won it and I have scored twenty-three goals this season and the season started one month ago, and I am the best player in the league. I have been picked to play in Vancouver at a tournament, and I think I will be good at the tournament. It is December twenty-seven to thirty. Before that I have a tournament in Lake Cowichan with my teammates so it will be fun to do it with them. I play 3 sports. I play hockey the most, but I also play basketball in the summer and baseball with it. I think I will try out for the rep basketball team with the dime basketball association for grade eights. I play league and fall ball with baseball in the house, but I am good at it, and it is fun. I hope you are doing good wherever you are, and I support you guys and girls just to let you know, and my grandpa was in the military, but I do not know much about what he did in the military there wherever he served. The reason we… celebrate remembrance day is to remember the people that fought in the wars. This is important because… a lot of people died fighting for our freedoms. We have learned that… the planes they used had bombs and torpedoes to help in the wars. It must have been scary. This matters because we need to remember who has sacrificed everything for this country. Thank you for sacrificing your lives to give us freedom.

The reason we celebrate remembrance day is because of those who thought for our freedom. This is important because we would not have peace if it weren't for them. We have learned that if these veterans were not there when we needed them we would not have freedom. This matters because these veterans are important people because what the have done. It makes me think about the soldiers who died for our freedom and those who are still alive today.
