Thanks to all the veterans and the Canadian armed forces who helped make the country that I call home .
Where I am able to go to school safely and get clean drinking water and have a safe loving home and family that I am able to go to after a good day at school.
As a girl I am able to go to school safely and get a good education that will help my future and turn me into a good citizen . Thank you to all the armed forces that have created a safe space for us and the country that is the place that more 38.25 million people call home .

Dear veterans, I was born in Canada and a student from Jasper place high school. I thank you for everything and for your service you have done to protect our country. You have made our community a safer place and impacted it in a good way. I'm grateful that I get to go to school safely. We honor all those who have fought in a war. We will always remember and never forget in honor of you we will wear our poppies. I hope the best for you. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. First of all, I show a great appreciation to those who are currently serving in Canadian Forces who defend and protect the country. I am so honoured to be protected by those who devoted their lives to defend the country and the citizens. I also show a great appreciation to veterans who had volunteered and participated in wars such as World Wars, especially Korean War. Without Canadian soldiers' devotion and sacrifice in Korean War, I wouldn't be existing here. Every November 11th, every person in Canada shows a genuine gratitude to our soldiers who had, who has, and who will defend the country. It's not just Remembrance Day we celebrate and honour our soldiers. We will always remember those who devoted themselves for the country and for us. Thank you.
