Objective
To resolve critical infrastructure requirements for the Administration Company of 2 Service Battalion.
Requirements
This project will provide 2 Service Battalion Headquarters and Administration Company with a purpose built facility to support their designated operations. The new 12,323 m2 single story building for 283 personnel includes a 1,688 m2 mechanical platform, open and closed offices, technical workspaces, maintenance bays and repair support functions, logistics and storage areas as well as exterior parking areas and a storage compound. The new facility will be designed to achieve the Two Globes certification of the Green Globes Program and will be built according to the 2020 National Building Code. It will also include the demolition of four obsolete buildings once the new building is completed.
