Objective
New Facility to provide CFB Esquimalt a centralized, modern and technologically current accommodations capability that aligns with departmental directives for both accommodation and environmental standards.
Requirements
Construct new purpose-built high-rise facility with an approximate Building Gross Area of 31,700 m2 that will house 482 single occupancy rooms, a dining and galley facility, administrative support services, Junior NCM Mess and other auxiliary capabilities such as postal services, coffee shop kiosk, etc. Project scope is inclusive of existing facility demolition.
