Objective
OTIEM addresses RCAF air weapons range and associated system obsolescence across Canada.
Requirements
Examines infrastructure, threat and target replication, C4, and security requirements. It will also incorporate Live, Synthetic and Blended (LSB) air-to-air and air-to-surface environments in order to create a relevant, pan-domain integrated training capability that leverages digitization and incorporates interoperability and long-term sustainability considerations.
